Perfect Pizza Dough
You know how the crust at your favorite pizza joint is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and full of flavor?All pizza doughs recipes are different, but they typically all have the same ingredients: flour, yeast, water, salt, oil, and some may have sugar.
Here is quick and easy pizza dough recipe.
-1 1/2 cups warm (105-115 degrees) water
-1 tablespoon instant or active dry yeast (active will take longer to rise)
-1 tablespoon. sugar
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-3 and 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour, plus more as needed
-Olive oil/nonstick cooking spray
In a large mixing bowl take sugar and yeast and blend in water.Let it be sit for 5-10 minutes or until the yeast is foamy and dissolved.Add olive oil, salt, and 1 ½ cups flour and mix with a mixture or with a wooden spoon until combined.Gradually mix in 2 or more cups of flour until dough starts to pull away from the sides of the bowl.If that your mixture is excessively wet, include 1 more tablespoon of flour at once (up to 1/4 container) until batter scarcely adheres to your fingers. When mixture has pulled far from the dish, work in blender on medium-low speed or by hand for 5 minutes.
Shape the batter into a ball and place go into your expansive blending bowl that has been covered daintily with olive oil or nonstick cooking spread. Turn batter over to layer all sides. Cover hard with plastic wrap and permit to climb until multiplied in size, 1-2 hours.
