Rice ½ kg (bubbled)
Oil as required
Chicken 100 gm (boneless, bubbled)
Spring onion 2 (slashed)
Cabbage ½ (slashed)
Carrot 2 (little, slashed)
Peas ½ glass
Capsicum 2 (slashed)
Soya sauce 4 – 5 tbsp
White vinegar 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper ½ tsp
Chinese salt ½ tsp
Heat 1 tbsp oil and broil the eggs.
Make the little bits of browned eggs.
Now preheat remaining oil and sear chicken, spring onion, cabbage, carrot, peas and capsicum for two minutes.
Now include soya sauce, white vinegar, chinese salt, dark pepper and salt and cook for two minutes.
Now join rice with browned eggs and cook it for some time then steam it.
Chicken fricasseed rice is prepared to serve.
For making scrumptious supper use bean stew sauce.
