Chicken Jalfrezi Recipe

Chicken Jalfrezi is an exceptionally flavorful dish which is not difficult to cook and you can try this chicken jalfrezi recipe with white rice and traditional Pakistani style naan or roti. So try this wonderful dish at home with this simple and easy Chicken Jalfrezi Recipe.


– ½ kg Boneless Chicken, cut into cubes
– ½ cup Oil
– 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
– 1 Capsicum, cut into small squares
– 1 Onion cut into small squares
– 1 Egg
– 2 Tomatoes, chopped
– 4 Green Chilies, chopped
– 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
– 1 teaspoon Salt
– 2 teaspoon Chili Sauce
– 2 teaspoon Ketchup
– ½ teaspoon Black Pepper, crushed
– 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves

Cooking Method:

Take a bowl, add boneless chicken in it then add salt, chili powder, black pepper, chili sauce and ketchup, mix them well and marinate for 30 minutes.
Take a pan, pour oil in it and cook garlic paste and tomatoes for 5 minutes.
Add marinated chicken in the pan and cook until the chicken gets tender and oil starts to float. Fry cubed capsicum and onion for 2 minutes.
Beat egg and add some salt and black pepper, fry the mixture and cut into slices. Add fried capsicum, onion and slices of fried egg in cooked chicken.
Final step is to garnish it with some coriander and green chilies.
Dish out delicious chicken jalfrezi and serve it hot.
