Achar Gosht:Here is the basic formula of achar gosht, trust in the event that anybody tries to make this dish with Indian flavors they will beyond any doubt adoration to eat. Its a diabetic and non diabetic nourishment which any one can eat and like it!
- Beef (boneless) 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1/2 kg
- Tomato puree 1/2 glass
- Ginger garlic glue 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chilli powder 2 tsp
- Green chillies entire 200 gm
- Onion seeds 1 tbsp
- Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 glass
- Marinate meat shapes with ginger garlic glue, stew powder, salt and yogurt for 2 hours.
- Heat oil include meat cook over low warmth.
- Add some water, cover and cook till meat delicate.
- Now include tomato puree with stuffed green chillies, cover and cook on low fire till meat and chillies delicate.
- Grind together coarsely onion seeds and fennel seeds.
- Mix in 1/2 tsp salt opening green chillies from one side length astute.
- Remove seeds, stuff chillies with granulated fennel seeds and fennel seeds blend.
